“This week, various news outlets reported on our company’s headquarters location.  At this time, Veritiv has not signed a lease for headquarters office space.  We continue to look system-wide at our locations and needs as it impacts our operations, including our executive office location. 

Veritiv has stated that we are committed to maintaining significant operations in both Loveland, OH, and Norcross, GA, for the foreseeable future while we focus our efforts on the integration of the two legacy companies – xpedx and Unisource.   

We have made no decisions regarding how many individuals will be located in our executive office or what functions will be housed in this potential location.  We continue to operate dual corporate offices out of both Loveland and Norcross.”
